Together. This beautiful word encapsulates all of our hopes to set out on a path and revisit the places we know, but often forget. Places, from the streets with ancient and beautiful names, Street of Respect, Square of Tolerance,Street of Wisdom and Understanding, Bridge of Sustainability, Street of Beauty, Path of Happiness. On this difficult, but necessary, path, we have left small, coloured signs where you can stop, get to meet each other and celebrate before resuming the journey. We, at Apothecary Milan, have placed all our efforts into drawing a map that could be used to indicate a direction. Two lifelong friends have worked with us. Lucio Passerini, artist, graphic designer, founder of the small, but precious, private press Il Buon Tempo and Antica Tipografia Pesatori 1949, where all printing work is still carried out by hand.The composition of the page with movable types, the skill and experience in letterpress on fine Gmund cotton paper. Going to see them is like taking a step back in time and sensing, in the air, the smell of ancient wood from their archive of letters engraved by hand, the beauty and poetry of work carried out with passion. Together, with you, we celebrate and embark on the journey. Our wish is that each of us finds the wonderful eyes of the child we once were and still senses the thrill and innocence of the heart in view of beauty and diversity. Happy New Year.
